Kindly carry your past medical records and current medications along with you
If you are known hypertensive or diabetic, please take your medication as per usual routine.
Please have your blood pressure checked by your family doctor the day before your health check.
Please wear comfortable attire and foot wear and avoid jewelry on the day health check.
Do not consume alcoholic beverages, including wine and beer, 72 hours prior to the Health Check.
If you require a Stress test, kindly carry sports shoes. Male executive might require to shave their chest (collar bone to abdomen).
If you require Ophthalmic consultation, kindly remove your contact lenses (if applicable) a day prior to the Health Check up.
If you require an Audiogram / ENT consultation, please get your ears cleaned of wax prior to health check to avoid repeat ENT consultation at an additional cost.
If you require a Mammography test a written prescription from a registered Physician is required for a lady below 40years of age or if the same has been conducted within a year.
All investigation reports (except Hepatitis B, PAP smear, Sonography and Mammography) will be made available on the same day.
Executives coming to the hospital for the first time are required to register at an additional charge of Rs. 150/-
One relative, accompanying the Executive, can avail of the Breakfast and Lunch facility for an additional charge of Rs. 130/-
Typed medical summary reports, along with any other additional investigation/s, will be sent to you by courier (within Mumbai) and by registered post (outside Mumbai) after 3 working days.
Any additional test / investigation / consultation done on the same day/s of the Health Check will be charged at a 10% discount. This is not applicable for Add-On packages.
